Great stay in Cat Ba town. the room was spacious with two double beds, clean linen, and soft perfumed pillows. the bathroom was clean and the shower dried quickly. Complimentary delicious breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of meals to choose from. the staff was helpful and even lent us a knife and plate when we bought fruit from the market. the hotel is a short walk from the promenade, away from noisy bars.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.
